Street light outside 142 Hitchin Rd Arlesey

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421895.

This street light is still not working. Reported originally Oct 24. My previous report for this was closed recently? Don't know why as it has not been fixed. But there are several other reports of it on the site too. It is a really dark piece of road path with fast traffic and parked cars. There are always accidents along this piece of road and no street light really makes it worse. It's only a matter of time... Please update me ASAP

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have inspected and found a fault with the power supply which is owned and maintained by the electricity provider. We have requested that they investigate and make a repair (their target timescale is 28 days). We will continue to monitor this issue until it is resolved. Please contact us again after that time if the light is still out. STILL AWAITING UKPN - THEY REQUIRE TRAFFIC MANAGMENT
