Service Road to a CBC carpark

We have received several calls concerning the condition of the road leading to the CBC car park on Hockliffe Street. According to FixMyStreet, this area is not classified as CBC land. However, upon reviewing Pear Mapping, it appears that the road is in fact part of the car park.

There is a significant pothole present, which poses a safety risk to pedestrians crossing the road. We would appreciate clarification on land ownership and prompt action to address the hazard
