The overgrown vegetation on council-owned land is obstructing access to a Virgin Media telecommunications cabinet sited in the highway verge. Please arrange for the necessary work to clear the area and uncover the cabinet, enabling maintenance to proceed. The situation is urgent, as a customer's services are currently being affected. We have also submitted a request to Ground Maintenance under EGR006782 on April 1st for support.
