Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421950.

Pavement is cracking and rising causing a triop hazard - possible tree root. The kerb stone next to this is also starting to raise and cause a trip hazard.

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
