The drain outside these houses cannot cope with heavy rain and floods the whole area , over pavement and up to houses. A sticky black layer of mud is left when water recedes and drain fe one’s clogged with mud. Several people have slipped on mud on the pavement. Please arrange path , road, and drain flea and reassess addressing this ongoning issue before someone slips and hurts themself.
