• Customer called chasing up an update. Customer advised that the road is in complete darkness and feels very unsafe for herself and elderly people that live there. Customer wakes up at 3 o'clock in the morning to go to work and feels unsafe going outside as there is no light.
  Can you please provide an update of when this light will be fixed?

• Street light still not working and it's completely dark in this road with elderly residents this was reported on March, still nothing done

• Still not working this was reported March 2025 its now July 2025 and nothing has been done, will be seeking advice from local councillor now as road is in complete darkness and nothing had been done

  After inspecting the reported issue, I can confirm that an order has been raised for this defect to be repaired, which we anticipate will be carried out within the next 12 weeks, subject to weather conditions and emergencies.
