Luton road B579 opposite the Fancott Arms pub

Reported via Android in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 12:22, Friday 18 April 2025

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422062.

There are blocked drains, that have been reported. I believe this isn't going to be fix for some time.

This has now created a massive health and safety issue. The footpath is now slimey and branches and twigs make it unsafe to walk on the path. I walk on this path twice a day. I now have to walk in the road, at great risk with the traffic.

Please arrange for the path to be cleared of this debris and slime regularly until the drains are repaired.

Please give us an indication of when the drains will be fixed.

My life and my family are at high risk due to the footpath being unusable
