Opposite Nobby’s farm entrance

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422175.

It looks like a cat has been run over some time today and the body is in the middle of the road. I waited for a while but the road was too busy to try to take it away. Unfortunately, the animal has been heavily run over so it isn’t just a case of picking it up.

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
