Outside the bp garage on london road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422579.

The cover is loose or damaged and bangs everytime a car drivers over it. This has been an ongoing problem for the last few months. Please can someone come out ASAP to fix the issue & prevent the cover from banging. The cover is just outside the BP garage.
