8 clinical waste bags dumped by bin

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: Jadu-EFF017240.

There are about eight bright yellow bags marked "clinical waste" and bearing the biohazard symbol dumped next to the bin at Hexton Road car park (the car park for Deacon Hill on the Icknield Way). Saw this on Sunday 4th May.
