Missing road surface

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422768.

Appoliges the road surfice is what it is ? what road surface ? it was removed a couple of years ago i am led to believe i am simply asking when we will get a road surface put back, you appear to have managed to tarmac the other roads in the locality however this one is not done. can i ask any reason for this one being missed? i am sure i am not the only person wondering the same thing.
