Roundabout next to Floss and Smile Dental Practice

The vegetation and tree growth in the centre of the roundabout have become so overgrown that they now completely obstruct visibility of vehicles approaching from the opposite side. This makes it impossible to safely assess whether it is clear to proceed, particularly when other drivers are going straight ahead or turning right.
I have experienced several near misses at this location. The roundabout often appears clear due to the obstructed view, but once on the roundabout, it quickly becomes apparent that another vehicle was hidden by the vegetation.
I have attached two dashcam images taken from opposite approaches, showing just how poor the visibility is from both directions.
