The pathway outside of 22 Hillary Rise has been broken for years, but it is getting a lot worse recently and is starting to crumble away more as it is walked on. There are lots of small children that play outside around this pathway and it is becoming dangerous

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
