Thank you for making a report, however, Central Befordshire Council are not responsible for this matter, and therefore the report will now be closed.
Our GIS shows that CBC only own the road and width of the footways on this side of the road. The land where these trees sit looks to be privately owned and is unadopted by CBC. Therefore if there is an issue with overhang into property, you'd need to speak with the landowner. Under common law, residents are entitled to prune any vegetation encroaching their property back to their boundary.
