Hitchin Road, south of A507 roundabout

Reported via iOS in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 14:15, Wed 14 May 2025

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422977.

Very overgrown hedgerow making cycle/foot path dangerous. The path, which is a key route for children walking and cycling from Fairfield to schools in Stotfold, has become incredibly overgrown. It’s making the path hazardous given the speed at which traffic travels on that road. There is not room for two bikes to pass one another. Get this sorted before a child gets seriously injured please.
