Kerb outside 75-77 has tenant blocking with cone

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423064.
At the flats between 73 & 79 Princes Street a resident is continually blocking the pavement by the single yellow line by placing a traffic cone there so they can turn their car out of the flats’ carpark. This cone is unauthorised and blocks the dropped kerb corner of this part of the pavement and is hazardous as someone could trip or drive over it & it could cause an accident. Avoiding the cone means parking by bumping up the kerb instead of the gradual part of the kerb and the detached house on the right in the photo gets their access to their off road parking blocked. There are limited spaces on this street and the single yellow lines spaces are there to be used and not obstructed because someone’s vehicle is too large to steer around the opening to their parking space. This has gone on for months now.
