Why has this not been dealt with. 4 weeks after reporting. It has not even been marked up. This is a deep pothole a tyre.s width and caused a failure of my tyre when I hit it

We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspxAfter inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair.
