Our engineers have inspected the area and are satisfied that no further action is required at this time. If the issue becomes worse, please do contact us again.
Trees and cables can harmoniously coexist and don't necessarily need regular pruning to keep them away - if the trees are causing issues with the cable, it will be up to BT/electric company (depending on type of cable) to enforce that they are cut back. Unfortunately this isn't something CBC Highways will action.Many thanks,
