The footpath is completely blocked by overhanging vegetation and you have to walk in the road to get past. Just sending a letter to residents to cut this back doesn’t work as it has been reported many times now. This needs the bushes cutting back and not just the new growth. The bushes when the new growth is cut back, still overhang half the footpath.

    As this is private vegetation, we must follow our process and first issue letters to the property owner(s) to request it is cut back. If our requests are ignored and no contact is made with CBC, we can undertake the work ourselves.
