Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423432.

Land is waterlogged and continual water entering the property. Thames Water have been out and tested the area and believe the issue is being caused by a blocked drain in Lydds Hill. They have referred me to CB - grateful for a site visit to show the problem?

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
