Manor road junction of bedford road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423434.

In manor road rh half of road as travelling east form bedford road. Recent water main leakage has caused depressions in road surface and manhole to sink. anglian water have only repaired where the water main was exposed and repaired not the consequential damage to the road downstream

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
