Following extensive installation works by Cityfibre all the trenches dug have been infilled with tarmac. Can you advise if the contractor is required to reinstate to the original surface treatment which is a stone dressing, as has been done with other utility works in the past. Currently the pavements in this Conservation Area look dire.
