Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423530.
Pavement outside our driveway has swelled up. It is now a severe trip hazard and could damage my car getting on the driveway. Please can it be inspected and rectified.

Hello,
Thank you for the update. I have discussed the issue with the builders who did my driveway. They will not touch the pavement as it is not my property it belongs to yourselves.
Please can it be looked at again, their whole pavement has swelled up not just the edging. I do not believe my driveway would be damaged if the pavement was fixed and I do not believe that is a valid reason to not carry out any work. How would any pavements get fixed if you did not get close to people’s driveways?
We have a young toddler at home and have elderly family members who visit us regularly. The pavement is council property and if anyone falls over it the huge tripping hazard, you are responsible, not me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
