Plum tree outside 61 London Road
Reported via desktop in the Fallen branches (over 25mm diameter) category anonymously at 10:37, Friday 30 May 2025
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423552.
On 29 May part of the purple plum tree outside 61 London Road came down and is now under the tree. Please could it be removed. It looks like more of the tree could come away if there are more high winds.

Update on your report:
After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that no further action is required at this time. The debris has been cleared away and the tree has been inspected. We don't believe work is required at this stage - the tree, although leaning, appears to be fine.
With over 1,400km of road to maintain across Central Bedfordshire, we have to prioritise the work we do as detailed in our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP), which can be viewed on the following page of our website https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ info/ 55/ transport_roads_and_parking/ 592/ roads_strategies
Many thanks,
