There are masses of trees which are behind our garden fence and they are now causing issues as they are pushing against our fences and becoming so tall that they are now a hazard.

  • Thank you for making a report, however, Central Befordshire Council are not responsible for this matter, and therefore the report will now be closed.

    This is not land that has been adopted by CBC, as such we are not responsible for these trees. I believe this strip up to the stream may be part of the original plot owned by the developer. I'd advise using Land Registry to confirm.
