Plantation Road from the Cross Roads to the Golf Course
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423847.
As has been reported by numerous other people, this stretch of road is a disgrace. It's been there for at least 6 months (last time I visited). I have written to my MP who states that despite Bedfordshire County Council being given a 39.7% increase in funding for fixing the road CBC's budget only shows an increase of 5% in highways spending. This stretch of road is dangerous and won't take long before an accident occurs - I just hope that motorbikes avoid this road as they will be the most vulnerable. Is there even a time line to fix this?

Large scale capital works are due to take place this summer. Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work.
