Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423850.
This tree has grown out of control directly outside the property, half of the tree overhangs into the front garden on top of my own tree. The density of the tree has caused the grass to dry out as it blocks the sun. The branches become even heavier during heavy rainfall which then damage my tree. I kindly ask you to have all the branches that overhand into my front garden cut down. Thank you.

Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
We do not prune branches for these reasons.
Landowners are able to prune anything that overhang into their property, provided this is conducted by a competent person and arisings are disposed of responsibly. Many thanks,
