Left hand edge of road whilst facing west, just before blind bend

The edge of the road is crumbling and has a substantial pothole forming. The location of the hole/ subsidence is dangerous because it is forcing cars into the middle of the road just before a blind bend. Hole has been forming over last 2 months.
