Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423872.

The cover is loose and is causing extremely loud banging when driven over which is continuous due to the road being so busy. The noise can be heard even when not in the direcy vicinity. It has been like this for months. Please can the utility company who owns it be made to fix this ASAP, or if owned by the council, can you fox asap. Thanks.
