You have said exactly the same this time as you have done on the las three reported issues with this section of Bedford road and it’s been the same outcome every time ( NO A CTION TAKEN) as a council tax payer I think it’s about time some action was taken as we have put up with this problem for long enough

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. We plan to inspect the site during the next instance of significant rainfall (that takes place during working hours) and decide on the best course of action.
    Hello, We are reviewing the soakaways from the gullys in this area to understand what action we maybe to take to prevent the flooding.

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)

    Hello, I have spoken with a resident at no. 69 and explained i will request the crew return to jet the kerb piping. If a blockage/broken pipe is found i will need to then rectify and potential install 2 new iron gully pots
