Planters by old Grand Union Housing offices (by pelicn crossing)

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423965.

The planters are overgrown with bushes/branches overhanging the footpath. The vegetation is well below head height and could easily cause facial or eye injuries.
