I reported this 7 weeks ago and today have been told that you can’t find it! I broke my leg in this hole crossing the road. I checked last week and nothing has been done. Exit Sainsbury’s, turn right at mini roundabout, hole is near curb about 6 m along road. Shall I involve councillors or sue?

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)
