Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424073.

Blocked storm drain outside the house. It's been blocked since they moved there ten years ago and have reported the issue to the council several times without success. The drain is completely blocked. When you look into it you can see piles of leaves and stagnant water. Every time it rains beyond a drizzle it overflows. This causes passing cars to drench our house with the dirty water which accumulates over the blocked drain because we're right on the pavement. Even in heavy rain other drains nearby on our street drain perfectly adequately while ours just overflows.
