The alley way between Elgar Drive and Sullivan Close

The laurel hedge (a private hedge) is now almost blocking the path between the two Streets. It’s very difficult to get through with a wheelchair or buggy.

    The hedge has not been cut back and is growing rapidly (as are all plants it seems at the moment). Was a letter issued or should I have come back to you, my apologies if that was the case.

    Some of the shrubs have been pruned but the main laurel hedge is now well over 50% of the pavement. This is even more difficult because of the proximity of a brick wall on the other side of the path.

    The hedge has continued to grow and unfortunately is still covering more than 75% of the pavement making it very difficult to get through.
