• Customer called chasing up an update regarding the streetlights not working. Customer advised that because of this and the lack of signage there are many accidents in the area.

  Customer said that he took this further to the police.

• This customer first reported this Dec 2024 and had another reference 416177 - this is still not repaired and an accidetn occured the other week as 90% if lghts are out. In one driection if travel north its pitch black and cars drive fast. Car hit the roundabout the other week. Please can this be investigated asap.

  After inspecting the reported issue, I can confirm that an order has been raised for this defect to be repaired, which we anticipate will be carried out within the next 12 weeks, subject to weather conditions and emergencies.
