Pavements Churchill Road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424800.

Maintenance work of pavements has apparently finished, tarmac redone in some areas, but there are still areas of pavements overgrown with weeds especially outside No 18 and the rear of No 23 Churchill Road.. please confirm these areas will be dealt with as they will still cause problems during wet and frost weather

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
