These two cars persistently park across the pavement making it impossible for my wheelchair to pass without going in the road. Dangerous for blind residents and disabled. I have spoken to one owner and he says as he lived there he could park there. .

    The area has been inspected and Central Bedfordshire Council are unable to enforce obstructive parking as per this report.

    We reccomend to report to the non-emergency Police on 101 as they hold enforcement powers to action or speak to residents if they deem necessary following an investigation.
