Here we go AGAIN! It's been raining ten minutes and already the road and pavement are totally flooded. Despite you admitting the drains are blocked/damaged you still refuse to come and clear them or repair. Absolutely sick of the ongoing excuses and no action. The multiple times I have sent photos there is no need for further inspection just come and do your job. This has caused damage to my driveway and I will be seeking damages to repair it this has been going on for years!!!

Hello, The gully cleaning crew are coming to jet the line here to relieve the blockage in the pipes on Wednesday 9th July.
We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP).We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of the NMMP which can be found online - http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx
