Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424964.

When the drains are not regularly cleaned, the road floods. Please arrange for these to be cleaned ASAP. This is a regular occurrence and the council has declined to make more appropriate changes. Please clean the drains and reconsider engaging on a long term solution.
