This has not bee carried out by CBC, our contractors, and there were no planned works form any utility company. Do you have any more info on this? when was this carried outThe area has been inspected and is the responsibility of the Utility Company (Water board, BT, gas etc).

Customer has come back to us today who reported this to say, utility company did go out, the damage to manhole was from a vehicle that damaged it, not any company or contractor someone personal, they have disposed of it and replaced a rubber mat over it. Utility company also confirmed this is a sewage drain, manhole cover for sewage drain, only thing that goes through this pipe is surface water from the road so its highways responsibility as it is covered by highways so we need to deal with the manhole. Customer who reported this would like an update once feedback is given to team on what action will be taken now. Customer details on customer tab for email address.

The area has been inspected and is the responsibility of the Utility Company (Water board, BT, gas etc).
Sewage is not dealt with by CBC Highways, we deal with rainwater draiange such as gullys on the side of the road.
