By the corner of the first left turning where there is parking, facing the little driveway road path for driving towards the garages belonging to 23, 21, 19, etc.

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 425082.

Hello, thank you for reading. I took a screenshot of Google Street-view of the location in 2009, then another of the location in 2024. A couple of cars have been blocking the driveway to the garages, which is getting quite annoying for us, local residents. The 'keep clear' paint on the road where the cars block the entrance towards the garages was there in 2009, but has faded over the years, and now is completely not visible at all - which causes problems. If this could be researched into and sorted relatively soon (re-painted, registered, monitored, etc), I and my neighbors would be very very very appreciative and really happy, and would stop the problems I have mentioned. Thank you very much, again.

  • I only provided Google Street view photos because they were easier to see, sort of like a semi-ariel view, I can provide and add them from in real life, if needed. Thank you.

  • Update on your report:

After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.

With over 1,400km of road to maintain across Central Bedfordshire, we have to prioritise the work we do as detailed in our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP), which can be viewed on the following page of our website https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ info/ 55/ transport_roads_and_parking/ 592/ roads_strategies

    Many thanks,
