Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 425117.

Over grown vegetation / Ivy growing along the public footpath . Members of the public don't use this anymore because vehicles are parking along this section of footpath.

The footpath is located at the side 24 Chiltern Place Henlow SG16 6BG .

Also the vegetation / Ivy is damaging the residents property / fence.

Resident is unable to carry out any work on this vegetation / Ivy due to heath issues / disability

Has spoken to the housing association who have said that the footpath is a CBC footpath

  • Hi - the section of verge to the side of No.24 is not owned by CBC - it is an unadopted section of land, nor is it registered as a footpath. As such we have no jurisdiction to cut any vegetation back. It's possible they were referring to the path outside No.26/28, which is owned by CBC.
