You keep saying this isn't CBC land. So why do we pay the council fees. Fly tipping is illegal no matter where you dump. So stop being jobs worth cunts its a fire hazard and health hazard Get someone down here that will leave his van and use his eyes too look. It really is a no brainer if you just take a look.
