Juction of Gravenhurst Road and Rectory Road, Campton SG17 5NY
Reported via mobile in the Road Potholes category anonymously at 07:53, Thu 17 July 2025
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 425374.
This pothole is not large, same diameter as the top of a tin can (ish)but looks like it may turn in to a sink hole. The traffic is very heavy for a village and includes tractors and low loaders (HGVs). When you look in the sink hole, the earth under the tarmac appears to have washed away .

With over 1,400km of road to maintain across Central Bedfordshire, we have to prioritise the work we do as detailed in our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP), which can be viewed on the following page of our website https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ info/ 55/ transport_roads_and_parking/ 592/ roads_strategies
