The pothole is on Longslade lane the exact coordinates are

There is a big pothole in the road, I drove over this on Saturday 12th July and it immediately caused a puncture in my tyre. I had to get a brand new tyre which cost me £160. Please explain the process as to how I recover the cost of my replacement tyre due to the condition of the road.
