Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 425441.
Tarmac is breaking away around edges of drain cover so. It is now loose. It is in the parking area behind the houses, have been advised council is responsible for maintenance. Dangerous for those walking on it especially young children. Has been degrading for the last year or so.

After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.
