You have reported that there is no issue after an inspection. The drain is literally completely blocked and water pools on the street when it rains as it is unable to drain. There is vegetation growing out of the drain so I can only conclude that either an inspection has not taken place or the wrong drain was inspected. Do not close this ticket, complete the 100% required work as my next point of call will be escalation to ALL Biggleswade ward councillors who will no doubt tell you to complete the work
