Outside of 4 woburn road there are two drains full
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 425468.
Both drains are full to the top with silt so much there are weeds growing in there but as they do nothing to help drain the water constantly flows onto the foothpaths every time it rains and could cause flooding to homes nearby
