Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 425502.
Direction sign opposite Hatch junction on A603 knocked down and destroyed. Only installed a few months ago! Needs replacing.

After inspecting the reported issue, officers have assed the defect and carried out temproary works to make the area safe, and will prioritise a permanent repairs as soon as possible.
With over 1,400km of road to maintain across Central Bedfordshire, we have to prioritise the work we do as detailed in our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP), which can be viewed on the following page of our website https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ info/ 55/ transport_roads_and_parking/ 592/ roads_strategies

Update on your report:
After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.
