Tree branches, thorny suckers and thin vegetation poking through mesh fence all the way along Boscombe road pavement but several places it is literally more than a metre over pavement forcing pedestrians into narrow shared ‘strip’ shared with scooters and cycles etc..Moreso a problem for the VI as these branches all whip around in wind and smack them in face. Tactile canes detect obstructions on ground NOT at face height….
